Artist Monkeys maintains customized return and replacement procedures for personalized artwork.
Eligibility for Returns
Replacements are accepted for damaged items or defects substantially deviating from approved designs. Contact create@artistmonkeys.com immediately with photographic evidence. Incorrect orders also qualify.
Replacement Process
You have 60 days from receipt to report issues, with photographic documentation. If approved, you bear return shipping costs. Production of a replacement begins upon receipt of the original.
Key Limitations
Replacements cannot address subjective preference changes. International replacements may incur additional shipping and customs charges.
