Painting Process and Shipping

We take about 2 weeks to paint your oil canvas, including drying time. Additional drying time may apply if you choose our thick texture option. More info in our How to Order tab.

Once we have finished painting it, we send you a photo by email or any other medium you prefer. You can then check the result and let us know your feedback if you have any, we will fix the oil canvas accordingly and ship it once you are fully satisfied.

We ship with DHL and it takes about 1 week to get delivered to your door from our art gallery here in Vietnam.
We may adjust the processing time according to our painters’ availability. In total, it takes generally less than 3 weeks to get your artwork after you purchase it.
We are not responsible if external events delay the good reception of your oil painting such as your country’s customs keeping it for a few days or any force majeur event.
