About this artwork

In In the Greetings of Time, the composition keeps an unforced natural light, with readable but never harsh modelling. sky blue and cyan carry most of the surface. Chroma is pushed hard, and the work is louder for it. Neutral in tone, it sits comfortably alongside other artwork rather than competing.

It belongs to our Eric Le Pape collection, which gathers 40 works around the same universe. Collectors of this universe often hang it alongside Hotel Du Port and Along The Quay At Painpol.

Choose between a fine art print and a hand-painted oil. The print uses pigment inks on synthetic canvas; the painting is executed in oil on cotton canvas by a senior artist and takes several weeks. Before anything is dispatched you receive photographs and a video of the finished work.

The 1:1.55 landscape format is the easiest to place in a room with standard ceiling height. 10 sizes are available, the figure always describing the shorter side of the canvas: from 47 x 30 cm up to 233 x 150 cm. Every size can be sent rolled. Stretching and framing are available to 90 cm — past that the volumetric weight goes beyond what any carrier will take.

The entry price is $115 for the smallest print. Tracked express delivery is included wherever you are, and you have 15 days to change your mind.
