Your masterpiece ships worldwide with trusted partners like FedEx, DHL, and UPS, ensuring it arrives safely and securely. Shipping is free to every country, fully insured, and already included in the price you see — nothing is added at checkout. Once your piece is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking code so you can follow its journey on the carrier’s website.

  • Oil Paintings: You can choose to receive your oil painting rolled in our sturdy tube, gallery-wrapped, or ready-to-hang in a frame.

If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will refund your order — return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. If your piece arrives damaged or with a production error on our part, we cover the return shipping and replace it. Personalised and custom-made artworks are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee, as they cannot be resold.
