Shipping policies

Artist Monkeys proudly ships custom wall decoration art to clients worldwide. We work with experienced international carriers to ensure safe and secure delivery. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code so you can follow your packages through the shipping carrier’s website.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free, everywhere. The price shown on each artwork already includes worldwide door-to-door delivery, whatever its size, its finish or its destination country. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no minimum order.

2. Production and Shipping Times

Production Times: The creation of your custom artwork takes time. Production timelines vary depending on its quantity & complexity. We will provide an estimated timeline upon project initiation:
• For Oil Painting on Canvas: Production typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on factors like size, complexity, chosen texture, and the number of pieces in your order.

Shipping Times: Transit times depend on your destination and the carrier. Express delivery usually arrives within 5-6 business days. Framed, stretched or oversized pieces need special handling and may take a little longer.

3. International Shipping Considerations

Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees levied by their destination country. These charges are separate from Artist Monkeys's shipping costs. Please consult your country's customs office for more information.

Delays: Unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Artist Monkeys is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Packaging

Rest assured, Artist Monkeys takes meticulous care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. We use multiple layers of protective materials and sturdy wooden crates or cardboard boxes to safeguard your items during shipping.

5. Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured for the full value of your artwork, at no extra cost to you.

6. Delivery

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your artwork has shipped.
Signature: A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
Damages: Please inspect your artwork carefully upon arrival. If there is any damage, please photograph it immediately and contact us at contact@artistmonkeys.com within 15 days.

7. International Shipping Partners

Artist Monkeys works with trusted shipping partners such as: DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. We may adjust our carrier partners based on evolving regulations and best practices. If you have any special shipping requirements or deadlines, please let us know during the order process. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
