About this artwork

Babysitter at Beach Stand distributes light without favouring either extreme, with strong light-against-dark modelling — magenta and emerald set its overall key. Saturation runs high, giving the piece real presence on a wall. It holds up in daylight and under lamps equally well.

You can have this either as a print or as an oil painting. The print is pigment ink on synthetic canvas and keeps the surface texture of the source work. The painting is made by hand, in oil on cotton canvas, by an artist who paints it from scratch. You approve the finished work from photographs and a video before we pack it.

The 1:1.23 portrait shape makes it a good fit for a narrow stretch of wall beside a door. 10 formats, from 30 x 37 cm to 150 x 185 cm. Our size numbers always describe the shorter side, whatever the orientation. Rolled is available throughout the range; stretched and framed go up to 100 cm.

The entry price is $100 for the smallest print. Tracked express delivery is included wherever you are, and you have 15 days to change your mind.
