About this artwork

Tonally, Winter Town Scene leaves shadow almost no room, with a smooth tonal gradient. The surface is governed by orange and red. The palette is deliberately understated. At this brightness it functions almost as a light source on the wall.

You will find it in our Jaroslav Panuska collection, alongside 80 works in total. It pairs naturally with Winter Sun - "1910" and Autumn - "1905s" if you want more than one piece.

Available as a print or as an original oil painting. Prints are made with pigment inks on synthetic canvas. Paintings are hand-executed in oil on cotton canvas — each one differs slightly from the last, which is the nature of the medium. Before anything is dispatched you receive photographs and a video of the finished work.

The artwork is landscape-oriented, at 1:1.5 — it settles naturally above a sofa, a bed or a sideboard. 10 sizes are available, the figure always describing the shorter side of the canvas: from 45 x 30 cm up to 225 x 150 cm. Rolled delivery is possible at all sizes. If you want it stretched or framed, 100 cm is the limit, set by carrier volume rules rather than by us.

The entry price is $113 for the smallest print. Tracked express delivery is included wherever you are, and you have 15 days to change your mind.
