About this artwork

In Concetto Spaziale - "1960", the composition settles into a evening register, in a gentle, gradual range. red and orange carry most of the surface. Chroma is pushed hard, and the work is louder for it. It reads well against pale walls, where the tonal gap does the framing for you.
