About this artwork
What defines Batman portrait 72 is how it is built almost entirely out of darkness, in a balanced tonal range, letting cyan and emerald shape the whole image. The palette is bold and immediately readable from a distance. Because so little of it is lit, it holds its own in a bright room and will not be washed out by a window.
