About this artwork

Two On The Aisle is a piece that holds a mid-toned, even light, in a balanced tonal range — orange and magenta run through nearly every passage. Colours are held back, giving the piece a subdued, painterly calm. Neutral in tone, it sits comfortably alongside other artwork rather than competing.

Two ways to own it. The fine art print reproduces the image on synthetic canvas with pigment inks, holding the brush texture of the original. The hand-painted version is repainted in oil on cotton canvas by one of our senior artists, so no two copies are alike. The 1:1.06 landscape format is the easiest to place in a room with standard ceiling height. 10 sizes are available, the figure always describing the shorter side of the canvas: from 32 x 30 cm up to 159 x 150 cm. All sizes ship rolled. Stretched and framed options stop at 100 cm, where the box becomes too large to send.
