About this artwork

In Tolkien dwarf fortress city underground 1, the composition distributes light without favouring either extreme, with steady contrast throughout. orange and amber carry most of the surface. The colour is restrained, closer to a muted study than a bright poster. This middle register suits open-plan rooms where the light changes through the day.
