About this artwork

La Pájara Pinta is a piece that keeps its light to a minimum, with steady contrast throughout — orange and red run through nearly every passage. The colour is vivid and carries the composition. It suits a room you want to feel enclosed and considered rather than open and breezy.

Part of our Rafael Pellicer Galeot collection, a group of 24 works built around one universe. Nearby in the same collection: Jarrón de Flores 20th and Villancicos.

Printed or painted, the choice is yours. Pigment inks on synthetic canvas for the print. Oil on cotton canvas, applied by hand over several weeks, for the painting. Each finished work is documented in photographs and on video, and sent to you for approval first.

The 1:1.11 landscape format is the easiest to place in a room with standard ceiling height. 10 sizes are available, the figure always describing the shorter side of the canvas: from 33 x 30 cm up to 167 x 150 cm. Rolled delivery is possible at all sizes. If you want it stretched or framed, 100 cm is the limit, set by carrier volume rules rather than by us.

Expect $95 for the smallest print. Express tracked delivery is on us, anywhere in the world, and you are covered for 15 days.
