About this artwork

Tonally, Space Marine fighting an Ork 2 keeps its values low and close, in a balanced tonal range. The surface is governed by sky blue and red. The hues are full without tipping into excess. Against white paint the contrast is emphatic; against a mid grey it becomes subtler.
