Captain Rex Republic Clone portrait 2 keeps its light to a minimum, holding a moderate tonal spread. Its dominant tones run through red and sky blue. Chroma is pushed hard, and the work is louder for it. Hang it where daylight reaches; the shadow passages need illumination to give up their detail.
